Group Classes

Yoga

Renowned for flexibility training, yoga also develops strength, balance, and focus. The emphasis on deep breathing promotes relaxation, too.

Pilates Mat/Fusion

Floor based Pilates exercises emphasize core abdominal and back strength. Steady controlled movements develop balance and posture while toning muscles. Fusion adds props.

Cycling/FPCycling

Classes take you through hill climbs, sprints, pacing, and intervals for an energetic cardiovascular workout. Instructor provides motivation and basic technique and set-up.

PD-Connect™ High-Intensity Class

PD-Connect™ High-Intensity exercise class for people with Parkinson’s disease. Offering research-based Parkinson’s-specific exercise for optimizing cardio, strength, balance, agility, voice, and neuroplasticity.
