Youth Training – Youth strength and cardiovascular training programs are designed to increase the young adult’s level of fitness through cross-training, and educate them on proper training techniques. The program emphasizes resistance training and cardiovascular endurance, as well as speed, agility, and quickness drills. Sport specific training is incorporated into the program. The groups are limited to 6 persons per age group, and meet twice a week for one hour each session. Safe, sensible, and supervised exercises - competition is not encouraged.
